Kelsea Ballerini
Artist Kelsea Ballerini. Kelsea Ballerini began song writing as a child and signed with Black River Entertainment in 2014. Growing up for Kelsea Ballerini, she grew up in Knoxville Tennessee, only child, sang in the church choir and the school choir. She had moved to Nashville Tennessee to pursue her music career. Her newest current album Kelsea released in March of 2020. I do have to say another music performer I do like is Kelsea Ballerini. She debuted her first album The First Time back in 2015 which gave her #1 single Love Me Like You Mean It and other great songs such as XO Best breakup song for a strong female to get back up on her feet to kick some ass and take names while doing it and not letting any guy put her down. She shows that females can be strong, and they should not let any guy put them down. Another good song from her first album would have to be Peter Pan. That song was a top hit for the longest time. I think that song really catches the female’s point of view of loving a guy and she wants nothing more for him to change and she does not want to let go; she just tries everything to change him. Now to the song is the song The First Time. It is another heartbreaking song; we have all been there. Waiting for the guy we love, waiting for them to show up at our doorstep just for you to run up in their arms and you feel everything will be okay. My last favorite song from that album would be the song Stilettos. It is another song that a person can relate to, you try to front and act like there is nothing wrong, and when you get burnt, you just get strong. Yes, even though it is another heartbreaking love relationship song. You just want to start singing out loud and express that your heart is breaking, and you want to cry.
She is fresh, brand new upcoming and continuing to hit the music charts with her albums she already has out. Her second album which hit charts in 2017 Unapologetically which lead the #1 single Legends I do love the song Legends. It is a more upbeat love song. Two souls falling in love, writing their own story full of blood sweat and heartbeats. That love song, the relationship where everyone knew their names, they wrote their own love story, they had it made in the middle of the madness and they went down in history. A true inspiring love song. Their a few more songs I do like from her second album, the song Miss Me More, Roses of course another love song. I think that this second album has a lot of more heartwarming love songs, except maybe two or three breakup songs. With both these albums I have to say I would give 5 stars out of 5 stars for those two albums.
Onto her latest, newest album Kelsea I find that this album has a whole new outlook on Kelsea Ballerini. It is more upbeat; makes you want to get up and dance. I have listened this album for two days now and one song I really like is called Hole In The Bottle it is a laid back fun song, going to your local watering hole to kick back have a few drinks with friends and forget about your worries and not to cry about love going wrong. I have to say that is my number one song from this new album of hers. My top second favorite song out of her new album is called A Country Song I feel it just takes you back to your own country roots I know it does for me, I am through and through a hometown country girl, I grew up in the country, I will go barefoot everywhere, I do not care about what others think about me. And if I could go barefoot everywhere I would. Another song I recommend checking out from her newest album is the song The Way I Used To it is that song, that makes you think why did you make those mistakes when you shouldn’t have done when you were drunk. Never mix alcohol and your emotions at once, you will regret it the next day.
To wrap this review up, if you have never heard of Kelsea Ballerini, she is worth checking out. A young fresh country artist that speaks to her fans, the fans that follow her music. All three albums are amazing. As always, XOXOXO NicoleHeart
