The Deal: Elle Kennedy

As for my first book review, I decided to read and fall in love with the book called The Deal by Elle Kennedy. I first bought this book a few months ago when I was browsing around at Barnes and Noble. Which to this day I have no regrets of buying this book because I could not put it down? Do you ever start reading a book and it instantly catches your attention where it’s completely out of left field? That is how I felt when I started reading The Deal. As many of you are asking at this point what is The Deal about? It is about this guy who is a sexy hockey player and this girl who is the straight A student that just happens to attend the same University as the very gorgeous hockey player. The hockey player is flunking out of his college classes and if he doesn’t get his GPA up he will be benched for hockey. He desperately asks this girl named Hannah to tutor him and his name is Garret. While Hannah is crushing on this football player Justin. Hannah doesn’t realize she is really just crushing on the all-star hockey player.

Somehow the hockey player Garret whoos Hannah over with his charm and his looks and they take the tutor/student relationship. Hannah seeks Garret’s help on her sex life. When she was younger she had been raped, and to score with Justin she has to score with Garret who is a sex goddess. Garret he is a player, he could get any girl he wanted naked in his sheets with no strings attached. But he never realized he would fall for Hannah and the end game would be him falling head over heels for Hannah and falling in love with her even though he is anti-relationship. He doesn’t want anyone else but Hannah, and he will stand in the way of any guy that tries to get with her, because he is the one who wants to be with her.

After everything that Hannah has gone through she never knew would end up with Garret in his big strong muscular arms and falling in love with him. And Garret realizes that Hannah is the one for him, his dream girl. As all of you may have put together is Hannah and Garret end up together and like every romance book or movie ever there is falling in love, the part where they fight and the part where they make up to give them their happily ever after.

I thought this book was great, it was amazing. It has been such a long time since I have read a great book. The author speaks to her fans. I felt this book seemed so real, on the way the author had wrote it. I feel the author when she wrote these books, she wanted to be on the same level like any other ordinary person and I think that’s how she had really caught the audience’s attention. This book was hard to put down because I wanted to keep on reading it. This book was great, great to where I wanted to buy the other books to the series.

As always NicoleHeart XOXOXOXO
